Yes. A redesign consultation and material review come before the final scope. For remodelling projects, design approval is required before work begins.
A deposit of 30 percent applies to redesign projects. The remaining balance is due at collection, using one of the accepted payment methods.
Turnaround is usually 10 to 20 business days for redesign work, depending on the garment and workshop capacity. We confirm timing after assessment.
