Our story

A workshop built around careful remake work

Built for clients who want thoughtful alterations, practical redesigns, and careful use of existing materials.

Founded by Erik Johansson, the workshop was created to make clothing work harder for longer. The focus is on remodelling, fit updates, and upcycling projects that respect the original garment.

We review the garment, available fabric, and construction before preparing a concept and quote. That process helps set clear expectations for what can be changed and what limitations the piece may have.

When a project moves forward, the work is completed with written scope, design approval, and a final review so the finished garment is ready to collect with confidence.

Assessment first

We begin with a proper inspection, because fit, structure, and fabric condition determine what is possible. Clear assessment comes before any final quote or design approval.

Material reuse

Usable fabric is valued, not wasted. We look for ways to reuse strong sections of the garment and plan redesigns that make practical use of what is already there.

Clear scope

Every project is explained in writing, including the scope of alterations and the work to be carried out. That keeps the process clear from consultation to collection.

Finish review

We review the finished garment for fit or finish before handover and share care and pressing notes where needed, so you know how to look after the result.
